Windows 10: BitLocker Recovery Page Stuck on Loading

I’m trying to retrieve my BitLocker Recovery Key online from my Microsoft account but when I click “view BitLocker keys” it opens a page that says “loading” and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'.

Another option is to use software.

In respect of your concern, the BitLocker recovery page you are getting is for the BIOS security and that is setup from the manufacturer.



I would suggest you to get in contact with the computer’s manufacturer and they will help you with the BitLocker recovery key.
