Windows 10: Bitlocker recovery page

So i turned on my laptop when i woke up and was greeted by needing my bitlocker recovery key. I have done this before so i went to my account to devices and to the page where i can see my bitlocker recovery key, the page doesnt work it has some issue, ive tried waiting and trying again, the contact support self help doesnt work, ive tried on different devices, nothing has worked. I know its the right account because when i go to my devices my laptop is there but i cant go any further then that

In respect of your concern, the BitLocker recovery page you are getting is for the BIOS security and that is setup from the manufacturer.



I would suggest you to get in contact with the computer’s manufacturer and they will help you with the BitLocker recovery key.

Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
