Windows 10: Bitlocker recovery problem

Hi I have recovery key ID but i can't in prompt command in the first boot blue page i cannot unlock my drive and I don't know how can I do it because i have no access to my windows i tried with manage-bde unlock volume c: But any password I wrote doesn't work .in my Microsoft account didn't attach any information about this BitLocker .Other information is available thanks

• Did you notice any changes on the computer recently?
  
• When you say, you have a problem with your Surface machine about BitLocker key, do you mean that the surface machine asks you to enter the BitLocker key to allow you to sign into Windows?
  
• Does the other computer ask you to enter the BitLocker key to allow you to access the files saved on it?

Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
