Windows 10: Bitlocker RecoveryKey

I am trying to get the BitLocker RecoveryKey to be able to install an SSD drive from a computer that died. Everything works right up until they want to send a code to an email that I do not have access to. They do not give me any other choices. This SSD drive was in a Lenovo ideapad3 and was owned by our Computer Club, so that we could give instructions and help members transitioning to 11 from 10. There is actually nothing of importance on this drive except the legal copy of Windows 11 Home. Is they any other way of installing the OS if we reformated the drive and started over?
