Windows 10: Bitlocker security but can’t get into my Microsoft account

Hello! I have gotten myself in quite the situation. At first, the Bitlocker recovery popped up on my computer so I tried to get my recovery ID but, I do not remember my password to my Microsoft account. I then went through to try and reset my password but the two options it gave me to verify my account were not me. I then said I don’t have any of these accounts so it had me put all of my information in again and then when I was finished, I got an email saying they didn’t have enough information to verify that it was me. I then tried to transfer my security to a different email not realizing it

Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.

We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

• You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
• The drive must be BitLocker-protected.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
• Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
• A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
  
• Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.
