Windows 10: Bitlocker & Stop Code...Help!???

Running Windows 11Yesterday I noticed the computer was acting off running real slow.Today same thing so I went and activated a restore point I had from few days ago.Then it comes up with all this Bitlocker Recovery, which I never even heard of or knew I had.I was able to get into my micrsoft account on another device and find the Key for it or so I thought. I enter and then it restarts coming up with a quick blue screen flash I see it says Stop Code 0xc000021a. Been playing around with all youtube and support articles and nothing is helping. Everything leads back to bitlocker again and again.S

To enable BitLocker on your computer, you follow the steps below:

• Sign in to your Windows account with an administrator access.
• Press the Windows key.
• Type and enter BitLocker.
• Click Turn on BitLocker.
• If the system is asking to sing in to administrator access, please do so.

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.
