Windows 10: Bitlocker What are my steps to remove/unlock on HP

I have an Hp laptop model 14-dq2043cl that is approximately 1 year old, this morning upon starting the computer a blue screen appeared Bitlocker on it and asking for a recovery key. This has never been activated on my computer nor do I have the recovery key. I am unable to move beyond this screen, What are my steps to remove?unlock?

BitLocker key cannot unlock the disk. Neither can i reinstall cause the drive is blocked
