Windows 10: Bitlocker without an account?

Hello, my dad's computer was returned completely blank after we had it repaired it didn't wanted to start, and the second drive is now suddenly blocked under bitlocker. The windows account now says "Dell" instead of the account there was previously, and the repair shop people won't say anything to us. Is there a way to unblock it somehow without an account? If I change the account would I be able to unlock it with that's account key?

• Sign in to your Windows account with an administrator access.
• Press the Windows key.
• Type and enter BitLocker.
• Click Turn on BitLocker.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
