Windows 10: BitLocker wont leave

I had a crash and wanted to do a clean install. Windows asked for the recovery key during the installation. I typed it and got the msg it was wrong. I checked aka.ms/recovery. The key on the server was identical to what I had recorded. I had my key printed, saved on a usb, and aka.ms/recovery confirmed the key I recorded was correct.With all the troubles I decided to install a AMD CPU. That is done but the technician told me the two ssd drives are still locked. BI wiped the two ssd drives before putting in the new cpu. I want to wipe both drives before installing Windows. How can I do i

Bitlocker key! I have done all these steps, and it wont leave the bitlocker blue screen.

We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

• You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
• The drive must be BitLocker-protected.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
• Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
• A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
  
• Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.
