Windows 10: Bitlocker won't unlock

I have a Lenovo 100s. Windows 10. I turned it on today, and it's locked with Bitlocker. I don't know where it came from or how this happened. I am the only one who uses this laptop. It just appeared. I did not activate this, nor did I ask for this headache.


I figured out where to get the recovery key code. Put it in the appropriate line on the screen. Nothing happened. Absolutely nothing.


I looked on YouTube and found some tutorials using command prompt to unlock it. Tried those. Still nothing.


I called Lenovo. They just shrugged their shoulders.


How do you proceed from here? I've read quite a few threads about not being able to unlock it but none of them address a recovery key code that doesn't work. I double checked the number multiple times. Anybody have a suggestion? I'm completely stumped.

HELP: Automatic BitLocker Unlock.

Windows Auto unlock ONLY works in case you have Bitlocker on your system drive, because if your system drive is not encrypted auto unlocking other drives means loss of security.
But in my case my system drive is Encrypted with hardware encryption that i password unlock during boot. So auto unlocking Bitlocker drives will do fine for me.
