Windows 10: BitLocket recovery key ID unknown, how to find the recovery key ?

Hello, When my PC was last turned on, it asked me to provide the BitLocker recovery key in order to unlock it. When I logged into my Microsoft account via aka.ms/aadrecoverykey I was given an error as my account is not a business or school account. However, I have managed to log in via aka.ms/myrecoverykey where I have access to a recovery key but the ID for this key does not match the one shown on my screen the one on the locked pc. So if I try to enter the key I have on my microsoft account, it naturally doesn't work. If I try to reconnect to the address: aka.ms/aadrecoverykey with a sc

I changed my email address and had to wait 30 days to get my recovery keys. When i went into Microsoft to get the recovery key, the display showed a different key ID. I think j have more than one device with this email address. Hiw do i get the recovery
key for the other device tvst is not listed?

I got the below message.

You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.

Next Step, What should I do?

How do I get a recovery key ID? My laptop got locked and I need a recovery key to unlock it.
