My log-in to Windows 11 was met with a BitLocker screen demanding a recovery key. I entered the 48-digit key that I'd saved and it told me it had failed. What can I now do to log in to Windows, please?

    :)

First thing is take a deep breath. odds are its someone across the world just being a creep or its just simply your system not taking well to its windows install. I have went through this myself and i can flat out tell you it can be fixed. bitloggers
protect your drive from lost data and attacks like you might be describing. throw a usb in and enable it. also secured passwords, windows updates, windows defender updates. even search your system make on the internet and see if your drivers need to be up
to date. i got hacked a month ago through my vpro feature in my core i5. i watched my mouse dance on my screen till my whole hard drive was un useable. it was very impressive. thanks to google drive i recovered all my pictures and important files but could
of been a loss that would of made me quit the technical life all together. it taught me that no matter how safe and careful you are on the net you care never safe from attack so back up everything you want to never loose, encrypt your data, and practice restraint
when adding personal data on any device with wifi. I got good enough to the point of basically being able to track people keylog data and if they are open to attack i can take full control of systems. that being said it is a process and fun the first few
times then just a plain waist of time. your cell phone sends and records data for a large list of developers and businesses who pay handsomely for your app data. your are never not going to have someone looking at your activity. i mean ya you can root your
phone delete google and any other back ground provider till its strictly talk and text but that's boring. back up your data with usb drives, flash memory, external hard drives... the second you feel eyes watching your movement do a system recovery or a fresh
start all together. your microsoft account makes it very eyes to jump onto a new system by logging all your preferences. i go through computers and laptops weekly its my hobby and my passion to feel every device out for myself. dell lenovo acer i find to be
the most secure toshiba and hp are touchy with updates but they do run amazing right out of the box. hope that helps and good luck with your issues. i'm just a nerd that builds and destroys computers for fun by stress tests and hyper threading. i'm no IT
tech or paid programer. that being said i erven impress the best of nerds most of the time. oh put some tape on your web cam till you go to use it. even with your small amount of data you left in your post gives me access to remote view you. that's a system
that needs to be redeveloped since the msn messenger days. no idea why its still so easy to turn on peoples web cams.
