    Bits Doesn't Start The Backround Intelligent Service error


    Recently my laptop has been extremely slow, so i went to check what it was. Turns out it was a Windows Update.So, I tried out a lot of things to see what was wrong. When i tried troubleshooting all it said it was a "Service Registration is Missing or Corrupt". Then after that, I opened my services.msc and bits wasn't opening. I already tried putting it into automatic startup mode and it auto puts it into manual mode 2 seconds later. andalso tried starting but it gives me the message "The backround intelligent service service on local computer started then stopped. some services stop automatica

    Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) service will not start

    Tried to start Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) service in local services got the message

    could not start error code 2147024894. Event log for Bits-client says event ID 16392

    Let's try disabling the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) via Command Prompt by following the steps below:

    • Open Command Prompt.
    • Run/type msconfig.
    • Click on Services tab.
    • Remove check mark on Background Intelligent Transfer Service.
    • Click on Apply.
    • Restart your computer.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
