Windows 10: Bizarre Color Problems on display Windows 10

Here's the full story:
I left my computer On while sleeping, when I woke up there was a blackout and when the lights came back, I turned the PC On, so far it was fine.
After a few minutes of use, the screen started gently flickering blue, to be completely and slightly tinted blue.
I tried reinstalling the GPU display driver, but there was no results. The screen is persistently tinted blue in every single screen, from turning it On until you turn it Off, there is no changes, Safe Mode too, it's always like that.
Until this point, you will probably think "So the problem is on the monitor" and I say "Wrong"! By opening the monitor's menu, I could notice that it's completely fine unlike the actual display.
And then I noticed that the color red was missing, instead of red it's showing black. And by attempting a screenshot by searching the color "Red" on google images, I sent the picture to another device and for some reason, the picture is showing COMPLETELY. FINE.
Researching for answers on the internet was unsuccesful, most problems were similiar but not enough, nothing was helping so I have finally snapped and decided to ask the question myself.
Please, I ask for help to fix this problem.

By the way, my monitor is older than the gpu GTX 1050 Ti, so I use an adaptor VGA to HDMI, perhaps this might be the problem i'm not sure.

When I uninstall display adapter to stop flashing line on bottom of task bar, screen colors turn bizarre

I have had the very disruptive flashing line in my task bar and cursor upon startup for longer than I'm comfortable admitting. I finally googled a description of the problem and found the suggested to uninstall my display adapter. When I do that however
the colors on my second monitor turn absolutely bizarre and can't be corrected.

Showing with mixed color shades.

There is no physical damage in the display.

Color bit depth is at 6-bit on Display properties of Windows 10 pro

Try the below suggested steps and check if the suggested options are available to change the Color bit Depth value

1. Right click on the desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. Expand the Display, and then highlight the Change resolution.
3. On the right side, check if there is 8 bpc listed under
   Output color depth.
4. You may select 8 bpc and restart the device to witness the changes.
