Windows 10: Bizarre screensaver error message

I woke up this morning to my Mystic screensaver frozen and glitched, and an error message stating "There was an unspecified problem starting this screensaver. Your hardware might not be capable of running this software" in that exact syntax. Every few seconds, it fades away and reappears somewhere else on this screen. It also glitches slightly every second or so.I have never, ever gotten this error message in my 12 years of using Windows computers, and googling the words came up empty. Is this a real error, or should I be concerned? I've yet to disturb my computer in case it's not from Windo

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
