Windows 10: Black and White Webcam Video - Dell 7579 2 in 1

Problem: Webcam video is black and white when using Skype, Zoom, and Teams, etc. Always B/W.

Computer: Dell 7579 2 in 1 laptop, approximately 4 years old

Operating System: Windows 10, fully updated

I have tried:

• Uninstalling the driver and restarting, which re-installs the driver - Dell told me: Windows 10 driver is correct. If using Win 7, I would use a Dell driver and Dell Webcam Central. Dell Webcam Central is not available for Win 10.
  
• Resetting the camera
• Diagnostic scans - all passed

Notes:

• This is the first time I have used the camera since I bought the system so I don't know whether it worked at any point before
• During videos calls, I can see recipients in color.

My integrated webcam of my Dell latitude 3380 is black and white. When I got my computer it was fine, I have taken some pictures with it and they were in colour. However, when I tried to use my integrated webcam today, it was black and white in the camera
app and Skype. Could anyone help me with this problem?
