Windows 10: Black Bar at bottom of my screen

I bought this gaming laptop about 2 years ago, about 5-6 months ago I have started having some issues with my computer screen.I have this black bar that is non-transparent, and is slowly getting bigger and bigger.When I unplug my gaming laptop, and it activates the "Battery Saving" feature, the black bar goes away, but when I plug my PC back in, it's back.I have tried researching the issue, and done the things people have said and recommended, but nothing works unfortunately.
