Windows 10: Black bars

Discus and support Black bars in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; First I dont know if this is a design choice but it bothers me alot.I have smal bars on top and on the sides on my monitor, as well when I have like...     Black bars


    First I dont know if this is a design choice but it bothers me alot.I have smal bars on top and on the sides on my monitor, as well when I have like Edge, Crome and normal Windows in "Full screen mode". But when i go in a game and activate fullscreen it disappears. This makes me fruststrated that it's somthing that acually gose away in some applications but you cant tur it of yourself at least not easy.It's not a scaling fault.

    Cannot modify Task Bar settings

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    I understand your concern and will be happy to assist you.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

    • Right click on the Task Bar.
    • Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."
