Windows 10: Black Berry Link/Manager cannot install on windows 10

I have a issue from Black Berry link/Manager, its failed to install due this below error.

How to rid of this error ?

E90 Black Berry Update Not available

This is blunder done by Nokia and during update it lists only improvements and i also checked nokia website before updating what it was saying about update, just improvements, but they suppressed the fact that No Black Berry Client available and NO WARNING
/Caution Blackberry Client would not work. The only solution suggested to me by Nokia Care Helpline to downgrade the firmware to make my Black Berry Client work. This is really a BAD thing to do to send phone to Nokia Care and be without phone & blackberry
for at least 2 days. Loss of Business/productivity is NOKIA is GOING TO PAY FOR IT?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
