Windows 10: Black/blue dead screen after last automatic update

Hi there… I need URGENT help as my computer after last update its automatically was installed crashed and I can notdo anything. It shows only black screen or blue screen and I cannot make uninstall as I don't remember to which account I register my laptop and probably it was my last work place, where I do not have access to email anymore as I am not working there for 3 years. I am desperate as I stay with no laptop and afraid to loose all information. I did not use my computer for a while, so I am not sure if I did any back up. PLEASE
