Windows 10: Black box appears on monitor

As seen in the image attached there is this weird transparent box that appears on one of my monitors. At first, I thought the monitor was messed up so I chose to display only on my other monitor however the box then went to the second monitor and even readjusted since it's a smaller size. I selected the second monitor as my main monitor while still extending the screen and the box went to the second monitor, but then another box appeared near the center of the screen on the first one. The box doesn't appear on the sign-in screen, during a safe mode boot, and in the bios which makes me believe

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

 

Black box in middle of screen after Monitor wake up on Windows 11

My monitor goes to sleep after some minutes of inactivity. The PC continues to run. When I move the mouse or hit the spacebar to wake the monitor back up, a black box appears in the middle of the screen and I cannot move the mouse or the mouse moves incredibly slow and I cannot type or click on anything until it goes away. This can take multiple minutes and in only happening with Windows 11. I never had this problem before upgrading from Windows 10. The NVidia drivers are up to date as are all hardware drivers and Windows 11 updates. Been going on for months now and very annoying.

As the black box finally disappears, other windows sometimes blink and it appears that keystrokes and mouse movements attempted were buffered. No icon appears on the task bar to give any clue as to what the black box belongs to and I cannot bring up task manager to check as well.

Any suggestions?
