Windows 10: black box in middle of screen

I have a black box in the middle of my screen. How do I remove this box?

Since my last post, the box has reappeared but Photos was not in the list. Today, I closed one of two entries called "system" and it went away. Btw, fwiw, Winlister mentions several programs are open that arent open and havent been opened since last reboot, like calculator.
