Windows 10: Black box randomly opening in center of screen and closing quickly

I've been having this very annoying issue for about a month now where a black box pictured below will open and immediately close at random, making it extremely annoying to be in fullscreen applications as it will rip me out of them at its leisure.I attempted to track it down using the event viewer + audit process&nbs

There may be several reasons why this black box came up while you were streaming online. To isolate what may be causing this, kindly answer the questions below:

• When did this issue start?
• Have you made changes on your computer lately?
• Does the black box appear even if you are not streaming videos online?
• Does it appear if you are not on full-screen?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Black box flashes open then closes quickly

I was just watching YouTube when I first noticed that a black box appeared in the left of my screen causing the youtube to exit fullscreen and the box suddenly closed really quickly. it then happened again in the evening and the next day after that (this
day). I am fairly scared about it and was wondering if there was anything anyone can help me with it. All virus scans say i'm fine and the computer is fine except steam that is running very slowly on offline mode.

If there is anything I would be very grateful. I am quite worried. I do have an image backup from a few months before if it is worth bringing up.

Setting Screen when opened is Black

After opening the setting app the screen comes up black. When I move the mouse around a blue box will appear but inside the box is black. If I click on any of the boxes, next a screen open with the app inside and is easily read. I can make changes inside
any of the boxes but as soon as I finish close the box, the screen goes back to black. Does any one have any suggestion on how I can fix this problem. One other thing I have 2 older computers running W10 and they don't have this problem.
