Windows 10: Black Dots fill up in the password box - can't log in

On my ACER desktop, running WIN10, I suddenly have black dots filling up in the password box so that I can't log in.

I was able to get in once - by chance - and did the following:


Ran Malwarebytes - no issues

Turned off "sticky keys"

Swapped out the keyboard


But I am still experiencing the problem.


I tried entering safe mode using F12 during start-up - again, the password box autofills with black dots.

Hitting the "enter" key tells me "incorrect password"


Any thoughts on how I can fix this issue?

There are several ways to troubleshoot sign-in issues in Windows 10. Since the system automatically fills out the password box with black dots and already did a few troubleshooting steps, we suggest creating a new user account to see if this issue will occur
on a new user profile. This will help you check if your current user account is corrupted. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

• 
  Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Family
  & other people > Add someone else to this PC.
  
• 
  Type a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next.

Black dots only filled up when I press Num lock key.. then I try to erase it by hitting backspace key but it doesn't work so I press the enter key and it shows "incorrect password" then I press "Ok" to retype my password.. Again the password box automatically
fill up with black dots!

When I hit the Windows key, it stops. So I just remove all the black dots and I can type my password!!

 

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
