Windows 10: Black Lines and Boxes appearing in all 2016 Microsoft Office Products in Windows 10

One of our staff members computers is having an issue with all 2016 Microsoft Office 64bit products. The screenshots show the issue in Outlook. There was also a problem in Excel and Word. When dragging an Excel or Word document onto the monitor (not full screen) it was fine, but once it was made full screen on that monitor there would be lines running through the entire toolbar at the top. The pictured issues in Outlook below (black boxes or black lines) are happening randomly through everyday. The Outlook issues go away once you click the mouse again. The Word and Excel toolbar issue doesn't go away until you move that document to a different monitor. All issues are only happening on one monitor. I changed the monitor out, tried using VGA, DVI, and Display Port. I changed the Ports in the Dell machine that the monitors were plugged into, but the issues still persists. This is ONLY happening in Microsoft Office 2016 products on both vertical and horizontal monitors. All drivers are up to date. I was thinking it could be the actual machine itself, but I would assume there would be issues with it outside of Microsoft Office. There hasn't been any yet. Any thoughts?

Office 2016 programs are not grouped under Microsoft Office 2016

To address your concern, you can compress the view of your Microsoft Office programs inside a single folder in the Start Menu. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.
• Right-click on a blank space, click New > Folder.
• Rename the New Folder as Microsoft Office 2016 (or any name that you want).
• Highlight all the Microsoft Office 2016 programs.
• On your keyboard, press Ctrl + X (make sure that all programs are highlighted).
• Double-click Microsoft Office 2016 folder (the folder that you've created).
• On your keyboard, press Ctrl + V.
• Wait until all the programs are moved to the new folder.
• Check the Start Menu if the settings are saved.

Office 2016 programs are not grouped under Microsoft Office 2016

When I click Start to show everything program on my computer the office individual products are not listed all under

Microsoft Office 2016 but they are all listed as individual start programs. Is this how 2016 does it because 2013 just showed Microsoft Office 2013 and you click on it and drop down menu shows all the programs such as Word, Access. etc.

Have I done something wrong when installing or can it be changed to all go under Microsoft Office 2016
