Windows 10: Black out of emails

For about 2 months some of my emails come up 'blckened out. This occurs in Chrome and Vivalsd. Firefox is fine.

It may help if you identify who the (non-BT) mail accounts are set up with. Perhaps 1&1 (a wild guess...) You won't be surprised if I say I don't believe this is necessarily a MS problem.

ps.. My main acct. (with BT) seems pretty solid now, but the

email accounts set up on my (remote) server fail within a few

minutes. I have contacted my host, but they are unable to help.

 

What type of e-mail is this? Obviously some type of web mail, but is it Gmail, Outlook.com, etc?

 

Nothing to do with email (yahoo),sine it owrks fine in Firefox.

 

Then could you explain the problem in more detail, and/or give a screenshot? Your first post reads that it is a problem with e-mail.

 

Will not save in Libre Office. I'll try later. It sometimes works. A picture or video,especially in Facebook, comes up-blacked ot--not all.
