Windows 10: Black Primary screen on boot

Hey first time posting here so forgive me if don't formulate this question quite right.


I have an issue that whenever i restart, or boot my pc my main display remains black and searches for an input as nothing is being displayed to it but my login screen is still there and i can login then see my desktop on my other screen. but still nothing on my main one. ive searched around and found many people having the same problem but none of the fixes worked.


I have

- Made sure windows is up to date

- Made sure drivers are up to date

- Disable fast boot in windows and bios

- Removed and re-installed all pnp monitor drivers


Specs:

ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING

AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 3.9GHz 8-Core

8GB AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary Edition

Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64bit

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
