Windows 10: Black rectangle in the corner of my screen

Ok, so I don't have an image of it sadlyidk why my screenshot won't load but that's not the issue. Whenever my computer unplugs, regardless if I plug it back in before it happens, my screen cuts out, shows a small image of one of the tabs or apps I have open, then when my screen comes back a big black rectangle appears in the bottom right of my screen. I have not seen any way to fix this or make it go away without just restarting my computer to temporarily make it go away again until my computer gets unplugged in some way, for whatever reason I've unplugged it. The rectangle gets in the way

Black rectangle shows up middle of screen- mouse doesnt work within it

Since my last post, the box has reappeared but Photos was not in the list. Today, I closed one of two entries called "system" and it went away. Btw, fwiw, Winlister mentions several programs are open that arent open and havent been opened since last reboot, like calculator.

 

White rectangle in the bottom corner of the screen



I have a Windows 10.. And I have this white rectangle in the bottom corner of the screen, that just doesn't go away..it has already been 3 days since it is there. Please help me !
