Windows 10: Black screen after before/after factory reset.

Hello,So i am having a black screen issue where i can see my cursor and see a pop up box in the bottom left that says NVIDIA Control Panel is not found click here to download from microsoft store. this all started from a simple restart, once it was booting up after restarting it said something about a corrupted driver and tried to repair itself. I tried all troubleshooting options and a bunch of options i found on here and nothing has worked. I also tried going into my bios to try and see if changing anything in there would fix it but all my bios options are greyed out and i cannot click on

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
