Windows 10: Black screen after bootup

After some recent windows update, I'm having some trouble with the black screen after I enter my windows password. The keyboard and mouse are still lighting up but the monitor has gone black. I connect my monitor to a Nvidia GPU display port. Sometimes I have to manually hold the power button to shut it down and then restart. Sometimes once, sometimes I have to repeat this process multiple times. I tried to enter bios and do diagnostics but I'm not able to do so anymore. The desktop lost connection to monitor instantly. Also another problem is that sometimes I alt+tab out from a fullscreen game and the monitor goes black. I have to turn the monitor off and on to get it back. I did some research that this is due to full screen optimization. I went to disable it and it solves the problem. So I assume it is the same reason for the black screen after boot up Because I have wallpaper engine as the startup program. It is full screen and I disable it as well. The situation turns better, but I still have sometimes the computer falls into black screen loop and I have to manually restart it again and again. I really don't know what's going on now. Can you help me with?

The issue could occur if display adapter driver is corrupt.

To assist you better, please provide us the below information:

• Is the black screen issue occurring when you logged in to the computer?
• Are you getting any error message?

I suggest you to keep your computer connected to the internet while running the online DISM command as suggested by
Mayank Gupta10 in the previous post.

Also I recommend you to try to install the latest version of display driver from the website of computer's manufacturer and check if it helps.
