Windows 10: Black screen after clicking minimize one screen?

Hello. I recently got a new desktop PC and I don't share the display with other electronics. I was on a setting for display 1 and 2 and I accidentally clicked minimize 1 screen. It was weird and it blacked out? I tried turning it on and off and even checked if cable connection was the reason. But they were both fine. But only thing I see is the black screen and mouse is movable. I tried resetting but nothing responded and it's frustrating. The display setting I clicked was the reason why it became like this.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
