    Black screen after entering the code


    I have 2 screens and I connected them to the video card, but when I connected the second monitor, only a black screen with a cursor began to appear, I tried to enter the task manager but it does not show

    • Were you able to get to the desktop screen after you restarted the system?
    • When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
    • Did you get any error code or error message?
