Windows 10: Black Screen After Fixing Drive C: and then my apps pop up then go away

i’m honestly at a loss i thought i had the same problem as everyone else but it seems my data is still on my drive due to it popping up for a minute then disappearing i need help what do i do???

Please help.

Laptop Asus, Windows 10

Yesterday when i turned on my laptop it went to Fixing Drive (C... I thought its an error so i restarted it and press any key to skip it but it stuck on black screen for so long, so i decided to finish the Fixing Drive thing. So i wait for 24hrs+ till its done 100% but what a surprise its still stuck on black screen with a cursor. The disk indicator is keep turning on with blue circle next to cursor like its doing something so i wait till it off/normal blinking but it still black screen. Ctrl+Alt+Del or Win+Ctrl+Shift+B cant help but pressing Win+P will pop up Project on the right side of screen but nothing else to do.

Is there anything i can do for now ?

• How have you upgraded to Windows 10?
• Were you able to see any error message with respect to this issue?

The black screen issue might have occurred due to corrupted or missing drivers for display adapter while upgrading to Windows 10.
