Windows 10: Black screen after login Win 10

I was forced to reinstall Windows from the options in the Advanced/troubleshoot to keep all files.After it finished and i got to the screen with my name on welcome instead of fading to the desktop, the screen goes black.I wake it up via the hotkeys but it is just the screen with mountains. After i click the screen it takes me to sign in. I click it and it goes back to black screen. I can not run any system files and i can not do the boot 3 times into recovery because after it runs diagnostics and repairs, it boots to the welcome screen again and following that, a black screen loop.None of th
