    Black screen after Resetting to manufacturers


    I decided to do a full reset on my computer because I recently ot a new one. After going through the usual steps to start it, after 6 hours it's finished preparing and restarts then I think it was the update screen and it said something like "failed to reset" and it was canceling the reset. Now being able to login I get a black screen and a 'disk error' popup. Jve looked at solutions online and can't seem to get anywhere. I tried going into safe mode but can't navigate the start menu ect, if anyone could help thanks
