Windows 10: Black screen after upadte Window 11

My laptop is Dell Vostro 5481, UHD graphic 620.When I update Window 11 at night, it works really well, no problem.Next day, when I turn on, it only show black screen with cursor, sometime it has clock in the screen such as sleep screen but can't use.I try many solutions in web, but nothing useful:can't open task manager or use Ctrl+Alt+Delchange project setting don't work.Then I reset the PC and I can open normally. If I restart it turn black again.I want to go back Win 10 but don't have tab back to previous window only update 2 daysNow I can't take it to store because of COVID.So what shoul
