Windows 10: Black screen and freezing computer when opening downloaded file

So, I have this very weird problem, brand new windows 10 installation, nothing already install other than the drivers, when I try installing something like 7zip from the official site, something I know for sure is trusted it happens with other programs too, just example, if I don't disable the "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer" the computer glitches and goes on a black screen and freezes, needing a forced shutdown.The installation media is not corrupted, the download is not corrupted, I tested everything on other computers and only this

Computer either freezes or goes to black screen.

It started around 3-4 months ago. Either when i play games or when the computer is idle (it makes no difference ) the computer either freezes without the option to even open task manager (completely frozen) or the screens seems to turn off( they go black) but the computer is still on. Then i have to force shut down the computer through the power button. Once i open the computer again it does not freeze for the rest of the day (until i shut down the computer normaly). This happens once a day every day. Any suggestions on what the problem might be?

 

Windows 10 stuck at black screen


hi, i tried upgrading my windows 7, but failed 5 times.
step 1 on copying files are 100%
step 2 installing features n updates are 100%
step 3 FAILED, it stuck on black screen and freeze, nothing i can do besides force restart and its restored to my windows 7 back.

any idea how to solve this? it's always stuck at 75% step 2 and when go to step 3 is freeze ( 5 times in row, i'm thinking give up or buy new laptop with windows 10*Biggrin*Biggrin*Biggrin)

p.s i'm currently downloading ISO file to blank DVD hopefully it's works
