Windows 10: Black screen and hidden taskbar

I recently encountered the problem of my laptop starting up with a black screen, the taskbar not visible and something seems to be loading all the time. From time to time, the black screen goes away for 5 seconds, and shows an empty desktop. I am able to open microsoft edge, the taskbar and almost everything through it, but the laptop is really not useable. Before this problem, almost every day my pc had a blue screen crash, with error code memory management. I tried to fix it but it didn't work. And now the problem is worsen. I took a look at my laptop's components and everything seems fine:

Taskbar hidden behind windows

There are a few possible solutions to fix the taskbar hidden behind windows issue. Here are some of them:

• Check your taskbar settings and make sure that the auto-hide feature is turned off. This feature can cause the taskbar to disappear when you move your mouse over a maximized window. To turn off auto-hide, press and hold (or right-click) any empty space on the taskbar, and select Taskbar settings.
  

• Change your display resolution to an appropriate one for your monitor. Sometimes, the taskbar can be hidden if the resolution is too high or too low for your screen size.
  

• Resize the window to a non-maximized state. This can be done by clicking and dragging the window's edges.
  

• If you are using a second monitor or a projector, the taskbar may be hidden on one of the screens. To fix this, press Windows + P on your keyboard and select PC screen only from the sidebar. This will make your primary screen the only one that displays your desktop.
