Windows 10: Black screen and never ending loadings screens after factory reset

So I recently had the first problem after I downloaded a windows update and a Nvidia driver update. After I restarted it, it gave me a black screen with a cursor, no access to explorer or normale windows accessories. All i could do was to open task manager and navigate by starting new tasks. But I was limited and i tried everything that was said on youtube, I found a error in the security and maintenance called “1b8 and 1a8” it had something to do with the gpu. I tried advanced repairing, commend prompts. Nothing worked, after two times reinstalling my windows with saving my files I sacrificed

Stuck in loading or black screen


I tried to change my pagefile on my computer, then restarted it. After restarting it, when I try to log in it gets stuck in the loading screen. I decided to try the reset option clearing all data from it, but this ends in a black screen/no input to my screen. Anyone have advice on how to solve this issue?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
