Windows 10: Black screen and no taskbar after Windows 11 update

I have an issue with windows updates. Each one causes that my explorer is broken black desktop and no taskbar. I tried:restarting computer, restarting explorer.exerunning: sfc /scannowrunning: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthBut nothing helps. The only way I can get it working is to uninstall latest quality update. But the problem with such solution is that after restart Windows forces me to install the update again and I land in the same situation, which is super annoying.I just noticed that I cannot open settings using ms-settings: - the task manager freezes and after few minut

• Does black screen appear when you before user login’s or after user has logged in ?
  
• Does black screen appears when you lock your pc?

This problem occurs because of a change in the behavior of Win Logon and Logon UI. This change introduces the potential for the deadlock.

I would also suggest you to install all the updates available for the system and check if it helps.

Follow the Below steps:

• Type settings in the Search area on the taskbar and select Settings
• Select Update and Security.
• Click on Windows Update and select Check for Updates
