Windows 10: Black screen and. Window key + X not working

hi there,My PC told me there was an issue with my Microsoft account and it shut down, I now get a black screen with some writing on it but I can’t read all of it because half of it is off screen. All I can see is TO RESTART AVAILABLE. KEY TO REBOOT , F2 TO RUN THE SETUP UTILITY LLED. LLED What can I do ???? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Google search and you will find a lot of the "Windows Black Screen of Death with cursor" fixes.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

I would suggest you try the power troubleshooter if you are able to boot into the system.

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting and click on System and Security.
• Click on Power and follow the onscreen steps.
