    There is already a guide similar to this, but the steps to troubleshoot his PC do not apply here. Here are my issues1. Black screen, Blue spinning cursor as if something is loading.2. I can't use shortcuts like CTRL+ALT+DEL or SHIFT+ESC of windows key + B or any of them that usually work, for they don't do bring up any screen3. It doesn't happen after login, but after I turn on the device. I force a shutoff, but as soon as I turn it back on, this problem persists as if I had done nothing 4. Because of the blue cursor, I can't even right click to bring up any box that could potentially help me.
