Windows 10: Black screen crash but PC still running.

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHzNvida RTX 3070Often games will crash to black screens. The PC will remain running but will need a restart to get displays back. System is not overheating. PC was taken to a store for testing and they said all hardware checks out fine.I have tried tons of different fixes including: cleaning, changing display cables, monitoring heat, getting PC hardware tested, running single display, adjusting GPU timeout, etc.I'm sure there are other things I've tried but I can't think of them at the moment. I am happy to provide any information needed.

PC crashes to black screen though audio still runs

I've tried many of the suggestions found on here and I'm still having this problem. My PC will simply crash to a black screen with the audio still going as if my PC was running fine. The crashes happen when I'm a playing a graphic intensive game. This started
in August of 2016, so I tried rolling back graphics drivers to a time before this. This did not help as it continued to crash. I keep the OS automatically updated as an effort as well. I have also went through device manager to try to automatically repair
the problem. Thanks!

2) The Display driver is so important that merely updating it might not be enough. Try everything here to make sure:

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account to replace yours which may be corrupted. Then if necessary continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.
