Windows 10: Black screen during login page

I have a setup with 2 monitors and tv connected to my pc.When I'm booting my pc, grub, and windows loading screen properly how up on one of monitors. But after that instead of login screen appearing, all 3 displays show black screen. When I unplug tv, things work. This wouldn't be a problem if win+p would work on login screen but since a year a ago there is a bug that make display switcher.exe crash on login screen. It means that I need to unplug tv every time I start my pc which drives me crazy. There is also an issue that this Samsung tv, appears as a connected display even when it's in stan
