Windows 10: Black screen during memtest and windows diagnosis

actually, now it's another problem day by day it is getting worst. as you can see different problems got arised that i could use your help. and my pc crashed again and there was no dumpfiles created in windows. i tried using memory diagnostic and when it was restarting the screen went black , i tried memtest and while the operation was going on like after 15 mins my screen went black. please help me out i am really getting tried here .
