Windows 10: Black Screen for A Few Minutes After Login

First of all, thanks in advanced for your help. I've been having this issue for quite a while and it's still happening.

Every time after I log in (password screen), the screen only displays black screen for a few minutes before the background and everything shows up. During the black screen, I can press the windows key on my keyboard and the taskbar appear.

I tried disabling App Readiness service but the issue still persists. The issue disappear if I reboot using safe mode.

Are there any steps to troubleshoot the issue?

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

Hello! recently i turned on my computer, and for some reason it asked me to change my pin, so after doing so i tried to login, but now at the login screen whenever i click any button, doesnt matter which one, the screen will go black for two minutes before
bringing me back to the login screen, as if nothing ever happened. how do i get rid of the black screen so i can login?

i am running the latest version of windows ten on an hp laptop, dual core 64 bit 2.7ghz inel processor, 4gb of ram, and i think it has an intel graphics card. any advice would help! thanks!

before you suggest it, i have tried booting in safe mode, it doesnt work since all of the buttons trigger the black screen, and thus the buttons required to enable safe mode do not work
