Windows 10: black screen freeze on windows 11.

Since few weeks i have an annoying bug that happen at random like more or less once every weeki use my laptop to do random stuff surfing, watch video streaming, etc, and suddenly the screen turn black no text, no cursor, just a black background, if watching video at this moment the audio also stop, pressing any key has no effect and i am forced to hard reboot by pressing the power button.When i check the event log, there is no error linked to the crash, only the usual errors following hard reboot unplanned shutdown, session rebooted after improper shutdown, cloudfile diagnostic event li
