Windows 10: Black Screen hides the Desktop like a full screen app.

Since a few weeks now, when I login to my computer, I have a black screen that hides my desktop and the taskbar and any apps open but with the mouse visible, it acts like a fullscreen app but completely black. 1 or 2 minutes later, the black screen dissapear and I can use my PC normaly. Here's what I try to do when this problem happens:


When I press the windows key, the task bar shows and I do right click to open task manager. Task manager doesn't appear so I go back to the taskbar, click on task manager that's open and I hover my mouse on top of the little preview to hide everything else other than the task manager. Now I can see the task manager and my desktop with all my icons behind it ! Then I try to find what is the problem while waiting for the black screen to dissapear.


So that's basically my didn't find solutions or something similar to this on the internet

Desktop App Turns Black Screen When Hiding Mouse Pointer

Windows 10 and all drivers up to date
MSI laptop, i7-8750H, GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB Ram

I watch tv, movies and videos on the desktop app.
I can't put anything in full screen mode, it goes black when it hides the mouse pointer.
some sites work if I don't use full screen, but then I have to see the browser window and other stuff, it sucks.
Youtube works in full screen, this seems to be the only one!
Nothing works in YoutubeTV, screen goes black after a second or two (when mouse pointer gets hidden)
cbs all access, full screen does not work, non-full screen works.
The Netflix app for win 10 won't play videos in WMR.

I followed this article and fixed the black screen when starting the desktop app but it still goes black when hiding mouse pointer

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
