Windows 10: Black screen in webcam

Good day! I am the owner of a laptop MSI GL73 8RC. There are no problems, for lack of one, in the built-in Windows applications, like Skype, the camera, instead of the image I get a black screen (although the indicator on the webcam lights up), and in the application the camera when trying to take a photo also gives an error 0xA00F4292. The most interesting thing is that after that I downloaded Skype not from the windows store, but from the site and the version not windows 10, but simply for windows. And there the camera works as if nothing had happened, as in other third-party applications.
Windows 10 64-bit, of course, reinstalled the driver, tried to reboot.
