Windows 10: BLACK SCREEN & INFINITE REPAIR LOOP AFTER WINDOWS 10 UPDATE- ACCESS DENIED SAFE MODE

HI



im 2 days into this now-- have been trying soo many solutions online-- & nothing is working


this is the 3rd time that after a mandatory reboot-- i have been lift with the black screen. The 1st one required 200$+ at the

computer repair shop. The 2nd i was able to solve with a driver update-- this one-- NOTHING!!


im not very tech savy- & i work with my computer-- so this is debilitating!


im in advanced repair ( continuos loop actually)

i cannot do a restore or go back to a previous version

i cannot get into safe mode-- from the blue screen advanced options page-- it says its gonna take me to safe mode-- but just keeps looping me back to the repair loop

so i tried comman promt- it says access denied when i tried to get in via command prompt

which is very challening to me

also-- no internet access to download anything


in fact the only thing i can access is the command prompt

Windows 10 infinite loop black screen reboot. Unable to Boot using Safe Mode.

Windows 10 infinite loop black screen reboot. On prompting instead of 'Advanced Setting's option I pressed the 'Continue' option. Even F8 Safe Mode is disabled for me. Need help in resolving this issue by getting into Safe Mode somehow.

 

Cannot enter safe mode


Hi, My Asus laptop is stuck in a startup repair loop while trying to fix error 0x80070091, I've tried following things:
Use this guide: Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery - Windows 7 Help Forums
Use the option 'reset this pc' and tried to use 'system recovery' but all to no avail.
While in this startup repair loop it also seems impossible to enter safe mode. (I've tried to enter safe mode pressing F5 from the startup settings screen). I guess using the tweaking repair program will solve this error (0x80070091) but obviously I have to enter safe mode first. Any suggestions?

Infinite Repair Loop


I have an HP 14-ac151nr laptop. It attempts to diagnose and repair but loops. Cannot access safemode.

Have tried startup repair
bootrec.exe with /rebuildbcd & /fixmbr & /fixboot
chkdisk

I found this while searching the forum. Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery - Windows 7 Help Forums and tried it. on step 13 it said "The file sizes presented here are approximate estimations, and may vary depending on your system. If any one of them are 0 bytes, then you should stop what you're doing now and seek an alternative method of recovering your system, because Windows cannot function with a 0-byte size registry hive."

Of course everything was 0-byte.*Mad

I would assume its toast and I would need to do a clean install, or maybe a repair install or something else? Not sure what is the best action at this point. Need advice.
